By using VOPIX, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VOPIX platform ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

VOPIX provides a personal AI agent that can communicate across channels (web, WhatsApp, Telegram) and interact with third-party services on your behalf. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Automate account creation or use the Service in ways that exceed reasonable personal use without prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in USD and may exclude taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including messages, workspace files, and agent configurations. You grant VOPIX a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you instruct your agent to create or send. VOPIX is not liable for actions taken by your agent at your direction.

7. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Slack, GitHub, etc.), you authorize VOPIX to act on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access. VOPIX is not affiliated with these third-party services and is not liable for their actions or availability.

8. Intellectual Property

The VOPIX name, logo, and platform are owned by VOPIX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing any actions your agent takes before they have real-world consequences (sending emails, posting messages, etc.).

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data or service outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOPIX's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VOPIX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall VOPIX be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which VOPIX operates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
