When you use VOPIX we store: your account details (name, email), conversation history with your AI agent, connected integration credentials (encrypted), and usage logs.
Sign in at vopix.com, go to Settings → Account, and click Delete Account. This immediately deletes your profile, conversations, agent data, and connected integration credentials.
If you no longer have access to your account, email support@vopix.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
We retain anonymized aggregated analytics and any records required by applicable law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes) for up to 7 years. These records cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion.
